1. I Jimmy or Almeda Puckett with Coffee Creek Kennel will give 100% money back guarantee if anything was to happen to this puppy before being shipped to its new owner.

2. For the protection of the Purchaser AND the Seller, we REQUIRE that you have your puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian WITHIN 48 hours of receiving the puppy. Buyer will be required to fax the exam results to seller. Failure to have the puppy examined within 48 hours not counting WEEK-ENDS OR HOILDAYS voids this warranty! ANY vaccinations given before the next due date VOIDS this warranty.

3. If this puppy is found to have a health problem at the 48 hour exam and is UNABLE to be treated, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given. To qualify for a replacement puppy you must return the puppy alive to the seller WITHIN 24 hours of the exam. unless other arrangements have been made between buyer and seller. A signed document from the Veterinarian stating the problem, Registration papers given at the time of the sale MUST accompany the return. Seller reserves the right to acquire a second Veterinary exam on the returned puppy before any replacement is given. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS buyer will be responsible for shipping charges for returning puppy. If a replacement puppy is given then buyer will pay seller 225.00 for the cost of the shipping.

4. In the unlikely event of the puppy's death WITHIN the 48 hours of receiving puppy, a statement from a Veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is REQUIRED with a Laboratory report backing the Veterinarians statement before ANY action will be taken by the Seller. If the cause is unknown, an autopsy is REQUIRED along with a Laboratory report.

5. We do not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore, we do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Cocci, Parasites, Viral or Bacterial Infections. Seller will NOT be responsible for the Parvo, Distemper or Corona virus after 48 hours, as these are such highly contagious diseases that can be contracted immediately after leaving the seller. ONE YEAR GUARANTEE is guaranteed for HEART, LIVER, KIDNEYS must be confirmed by two licensed Veterinarians before any action will take place.

6. Seller is NOT responsible for any Veterinarian fees or medications, ALL ANIMALS ARE SOLD AS PET QUALITY ONLY, Breeding is allowed but seller will not be responsible for any hereditary problems.
